Refunds, returns and cancellation policy

At Deeper Mindfulness, we want you to feel supported in your practice and confident in your choice to subscribe. This page explains how cancellations, refunds, and subscription terms work for our digital services.

Overview
Deeper Mindfulness offers access to courses, events, practices, whitepapers, and related resources on a subscription basis. Because this is a digital service, different rules apply compared to physical goods.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms and conditions, alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Monthly and Yearly subscriptions
– Subscriptions are billed on a rolling monthly or yearly basis.
– You will be charged automatically each month on the date of your original subscription purchase.
– Your subscription will continue unless and until you cancel.

Cancellation
– You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
– When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. You will not be charged again.
– We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle.

Refunds
– If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase (the “cooling-off period”) as long as you have not accessed or downloaded substantial content.
– Once digital content has been accessed, streamed, or downloaded, you acknowledge that your right to a refund under consumer law may be lost.
– Refunds are only available on the first payment of a new subscription. Renewals are not eligible for refunds.

Events and courses
– If you register for a one-off paid event or course outside your subscription, you may cancel up to 7 days before the start date for a full refund.
– Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may not be eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances (at our discretion).

Late or missing refunds
If you have been approved for a refund but have not received it:
1. Check your bank or card account again.
2. Contact your card provider, as posting times vary.
3. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us via email (see below).
