Poem – From Fear To Curiosity

When shadows fall and fear takes hold,
A trembling heart, a story untold.
Pause, dear one, and softly say,
“I see you here; it’s okay to stay.”
In the quiet space, breathe deep and true,
Hold your fear as the sky holds dew.
No need to banish, no need to fight,
For even fear can birth new light.
What if this weight, so heavy, so near,
Is not a foe but a guide sincere?
An open hand, a whispered plea,
“Come closer now, explore with me.”
Transform the shadow, let it bloom,
A curious spark in the darkest room.
Ask the question, take one small stride,
Feel the fear shift to wonder inside.
Each step you take, no matter how small,
Is a gentle act of hope for all.
A bridge is built where a chasm lay,
Fear melts to curiosity’s ray.
So walk this path, let courage unfold,
The journey’s yours, let the story be told.
For within each moment, raw and true,
Lies the adventure waiting for you.
