Grounding in Hope

Rest your soul, let the earth hold tight,
Feel its strength in the morning light.
A silent promise, steady and true,
The ground beneath is here for you.

Within your chest, a warmth begins,
A gentle light that softly spins.
It whispers calm, it whispers care,
A love unbroken, always there.

No need to run, no need to race,
For hope resides in this quiet place.
A seed of trust, so small, so still,
It grows within, a mighty will.

The storms may rise, the shadows creep,
Yet hope endures, steadfast and deep.
In every breath, in every sigh,
A tender strength that lifts you high.

So rest, my child, and find your peace,
In love’s embrace, let striving cease.
For where the heart finds warmth and grace,
Hope will bloom in its sacred space.
