The Oak within – Per Norrgren

In life’s vast landscape, storms may fiercely blow,
Mountains rise, then valleys dip so low;
The tides of fate rush in, then they retreat,
Each dawn and dusk, in rhythm they repeat.

Yet, as the sturdy oak stands tall and true,
Weathering each tempest it must go through,
Our bodies, like that oak, remain our home,
A sanctuary where stress can never roam.

Nature’s dance mirrors our own ebb and flow,
In sun and shade, life’s varied moments show.
Through every trial, every joyous song,
Our bodies hold us, keeping us strong.

Amidst life’s trials, vast and evergreen,
Our body’s peace remains, a constant scene.
