Giving an option for different practice – download, teacher own record – is a good idea. I like the small but smart additional techniques (double breathing). In two occasion – out of many many – I think unplanned the backgroung noice – from somewhere – gave me opportunity to practice MF. I was aware of frustration, my body reaction and thoughts. More or less managed to put noice aside and focus on the practice. But I am not sure it was like this for everyone.”
